Thousands along eastern parts of Canada and the U.S. will expect to see snow, ice, sleet, and dangerous winter conditions as a system is expected to move through Thursday.
Airlines including Air Canada and WestJet have issued advisories notifying passengers flying in or out of affected cities to expect delays and cancellations. Travellers can rebook without penalty and are advised to monitor flight status.
