Mardi Gras 2019: What you need to know

Arguably one of the biggest parties in the world, New Orleans knows how to have a good time. Mardi Gras translates from French to Fat Tuesday, and is celebrated the day before Ash Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Lyft will be setting up free Wi-Fi hotspots along the parade route Uptown. They will also be offering up a promo code, FAMILYGRAS2019, for those who choose to use the ride-sharing service.
