On my recent trip to Morocco, I tried a delicious, healthy, and breakfast-appropriate avocado smoothie that anyone can make.

Avocado smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk (any kind of milk will work)
- 1 large avocado
- 7 or 8 dates, pits removed
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 of raisins and dried apricots
- 3 tbsps of sugar (optional)
Method:
- Blend everything in the blender until smooth.
- Garnish with date syrup or crushed almonds, and pieces of apricots.
- Enjoy!
