Recipe: Healthy avocado smoothie you can drink for breakfast

On my recent trip to Morocco, I tried a delicious, healthy, and breakfast-appropriate avocado smoothie that anyone can make.

Avocado smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk (any kind of milk will work)
  • 1 large avocado
  • 7 or 8 dates, pits removed
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 of raisins and dried apricots
  • 3 tbsps of sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Blend everything in the blender until smooth.
  2. Garnish with date syrup or crushed almonds, and pieces of apricots.
  3. Enjoy!
