After the devastating crash of an Ethiopian Airlines flight over the weekend, a number of airlines are taking measures until more is known about the second Boeing 737 MAX to be involved in a fatal crash in months.
Before the Toronto-bound flight left Vancouver, flight attendants were taking orders for business class passengers when a man became "disruptive," demanding to order fish for dinner. This, triggering a delay for the entire flight.
The honour by the Airport Service Quality Awards, recognized Toronto for its customer service in an airport servicing over 40 million passengers each year.
