Following Marriott’s rebranded and merged loyalty program to Marriott Bonvoy, the owner of Fairmont, Sofitel, Novotel, among others is following suit.
AccorHotels announced they will be overhauling their loyalty program, launching ALL—Accor Live Limitless.
While the timeline is unknown other than “by the end of the year,” this program will focus on lifestyle, according to the hotel chain.
“This new lifestyle loyalty program will recognize, understand, cherish, communicate with and reward guests like never before giving access to ‘ALL of Accor’,” according to their press release. “It will open doors across a unique and iconic portfolio of over 30 hotel brands as well as an unrivalled collection of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and ‘money-can’t-buy’ experiences.”
Paris-based Accor (also being rebranded from AccorHotels), says guests will see improvements in all aspects of their stays:

Bottom line, it all seems pretty vague, though I imagine more details will come out closer to launch—whenever that will be.
