Toronto-Delhi and Vancouver-Delhi are back on Thursday and Friday after Canada's largest air carrier grounded flights amidst increasing tensions between India and Pakistan Wednesday.
The Canadian government has issued an advisory, warning travellers to exercise “a high degree of caution in India due to a continuing threat of terrorist attacks throughout the country at all times.”
